Session 1: Recruitment and Selection  – Monday 2nd September  12-1.30

  • Understand how to make sure you are getting the best staff for your business.

Session 2: Contracts and Probation Management Wednesday 4th September  12-1.30

  • Understand the legal requirements around a contract of employment.
  • Learn how to structure your contracts of employment so that you are protecting your business.
  • Find out which policies you should have in your handbook and contract of employment.
  • Understand how to effectively manage a probation period.
  • Learn how to manage poor performance during probation.

 

Session 3:Managing Performance Monday 9th September  12-1.30

  • Get the basics in managing Grievance and Disciplinary processes.

Session 4 Managing Absence and Statutory Leave  Wednesday 11th September  12-1.30

  • Understand the new rights employees have to leave to ensure you are compliant with recent legislation

Session 5:Wellbeing and Diversity  Wednesday 18th September  12-1.30
