Overall Aim:
This concise session is designed to help attendees to improve productivity, optimise their time and ensure they are working on their highest value activities.
Understanding the most important elements of any role is a crucial start to identifying how our time is most effectively spent. In this short programme, we will look at how to manage our workload effectively, avoid typical time-wasting activities, understand our most valuable actions and outcomes and ensure that we spend the majority of our time focused only towards them.
