This programme has been developed specifically for managers and team leaders working in small businesses.

It will provide foundational knowledge and skills in communication, critical thinking and decision making, and enhance their overall management capabilities.

As part of the programme, attendees will also receive 6 x 10 min accompanying videos and checklists on key issues discussed during the programme

• Self-Management: growth mindset – resilience – self motivation

Session 2: Leading Relationships – Managing people – 16th April

• Social Awareness: emotional intelligence and empathy
• Relationship management  and managing biases
• Leadership time management

Session 3: Leadership Effectiveness – Building and leading teams (Part 1) – 23rd April

• Directing and coaching: developing talent through development conversations and coaching styles
• Supporting: building cohesive, inclusive and aligned teams
• Delegating: empowered delegation skills

Session 4: Leading Effectiveness – Building and leading teams (Part 2) – 1st May

• Results: performance management
• Solving problems through a 7-step process
• Decision-making and creative process mechanisms for success – forward planning
• Accountability and commitment: methods to ensure accountability and commitment

Session 5: Leading Results – 8th May

• Constructive conflict management
• Effective leadership Communication & Relationship Skills
• Trust: building trust & psychological safety to maximise productivity
• Commercial awareness

Session 6: Leading with AI – 15th May

• Augmented decision-making – how to optimise as a leader
