The Irish National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) is a 10-level system used to describe qualifications in the Irish education and training system. In the case of online training if the trainer agrees we often record the session and send it to anyone who can’t attend. However, for in person training you can no longer attend we need at least three days notice if you require a refund.
