There are some simple steps to take, but how well do you know your client, how do you communicate with them, maintain their expectations, and reduce issues that later delay payments?
Aim:
The aim of this 3-hour workshop is to assist people with financial management responsibilities of a business to ensure cashflow stability and safeguard profits. It will focus on the communication skills necessary to ensure quick payments of invoices, how to respectfully deal with late payers and not to upset your customers in the process.
